Welcome to Myofix Massage Therapy.
By using our website, purchasing products, or booking treatments with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase or appointment.
PART 1 — SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to all treatments and services provided by Myofix Massage Therapy.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
2. Health Information & Disclosure
Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to treatment.
This includes informing the therapist of:
- Medical conditions
- Injuries
- Pregnancy
- Allergies
- Recent surgeries
- Medications that may affect treatment
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety.
3. Treatment Suitability
Our therapists reserve the right to modify, postpone, or refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client.
This may include situations such as:
- Acute injuries
- Fever or contagious illness
- Skin infections
- Medical contraindications
Your safety and wellbeing are always our priority.
4. Professional Conduct
Myofix Massage Therapy provides professional therapeutic services only.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required prior to your appointment time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as outlined in our booking policy.
6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
The full appointment fee may still apply.
7. Payment Policy
Payment is required at the completion of treatment unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes.
Myofix reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.
8. Liability Disclaimer
All treatments are performed with professional care and training.
However, Myofix Massage Therapy shall not be liable for:
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Adverse reactions due to incomplete health information
- Injuries unrelated to the treatment provided
PART 2— PRODUCT TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to purchases of herbal infusion drinks, tea packets, and seasonal tea bundles prepared by MyoFix Massage Therapy.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of herbal infusion drinks, tea packets, and tea bundles made through the Myofix Massage Therapy website.
Myofix Massage Therapy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately once published on this website.
2. Product Information
- All herbal infusion drinks and tea products are hand-prepared and packed fresh to order
- Product images are for illustration purposes only
- Ingredients may vary slightly due to seasonal availability while maintaining intended formulation and quality
- Our products are intended for general wellness support, not as medical treatment or medication
3. Orders & Preparation Time
- All tea products are pickup only from our clinic
- Orders require 3–5 business days for preparation
- Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection
- Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Full payment is required at the time of order
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if incorrect pricing has been applied
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products:
- No refunds or returns are available on herbal infusion drinks or tea products once preparation has begun or items have been collected
- This includes:
- Single tea packets
- Seasonal infusion drinks
- Tea bundles (6-pack or mixed bundles)

6. Order Issues
If you experience:
- Incorrect items supplied
- Missing items
- Product quality concerns at the time of pickup
You must notify our staff immediately upon collection so we can assess and assist accordingly.
Issues reported after leaving the premises may not be eligible for resolution.
7. Cancellations & Changes
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun
- Changes to orders must be requested as soon as possible after placing the order
- We cannot guarantee changes once preparation is underway
8. Health Disclaimer
Our herbal infusion drinks are prepared based on traditional wellness principles and are intended for general wellbeing support only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If you have allergies, medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before consumption.
9. Limitation of Liability
Myofix Massage Therapy shall not be liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Failure to follow preparation or consumption guidance
- Individual reactions due to allergies or sensitivities not disclosed at the time of purchase
