Freshly Prepared Herbal Infusions
At Myofix Massage Therapy, all herbal infusion drinks and tea bundles are prepared fresh to order to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness.
Pickup-Only Orders
- All tea products are pickup only from our clinic
- Orders require 3–5 business days for preparation
- Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection
No Refunds or Returns on Tea Products
Due to the nature of our products, refunds or returns are not available once an order has been prepared or collected.
This applies to:
- Single tea packets
- Seasonal infusion drinks
- Tea bundles (6-pack or mixed bundles)
Why This Policy Is in Place
Our herbal infusions are:
- Freshly prepared
- Made specifically per order
- Intended for personal consumption
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, returned products cannot be reused or resold.
Order Issues (We’re Here to Help)
If you experience any of the following:
- Incorrect item supplied
- Missing items in your order
- Quality concerns at the time of pickup

Cancellations & Changes
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun
- If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
