4th SOLAR TERM TEA (ROSE JASMINE TEA)

For the Southern Hemisphere, the Vernal Equinox Solar Term falls every year around 22nd or 23rd September. At this time the day is as long as the night. The spring equinox divides the 90 days of spring season into two halves. On this day the day and night are as long as the yin and the yang phase. Spring is just half way through.

Spring is here! The flowers and trees in nature spread out the branches and leaves, soaking in the suns ray and rain. We must also follow nature and relax our facial expressions, relax our mood, smile more and enjoy the beauty of spring.

But in this season many people feel irritable, worried, mood swings, depressed or irritable and even have headaches, bloating, and insomnia.

Myofix recommends the 4th Solar Term Tea for soothing the liver and regulating qi, which can help alleviate these problems.

INGREDIENT FOR THE 4th SOLAR TERM: 12 dried roses, 4 grams of jasmine tea

                      Dried Roses

                   Jasmine Tea

METHOD: Put ingredients into a cup, brew with boiling water, wait a while, and then drink.

NOTE:

The efficacy of ingredients:

For men: Dried Rose Tea reduces pressure, awaken the function of the spleen and stomach and help prevent hyperlipidaemia and fatty liver.

Jasmine Tea

Jasmine Tea has the effect of combing liver qi and it is slightly cooling while roses are slightly warm. The combination sooths the liver and regulate qi.
